That's the million dollar question.
They said they needed it for 6 hours. The appointment was for 1130 they closed at 2000. I never got a phone call saying it was done or that there was issues and they needed it for a longer period of time.

Thanks! I now have issues with the boom box. I stopped for fuel on the way home radio worked before I stopped. When I was leaving the fuel station it went thru the splash screen to the accept screen and before I could push accept went to the default black screen with just the time and bar and shield screen.

Nothing is in the USB port. I pulled the iPod before I took it In for service.

I will try again at 1300. That will be roughly 45 min of down time.
If I have to take it back I'm not ging to be very happy and they better give me a loaner.
