Those of us with 2024+ Street Glides know that the standard "windshield" is a WINO: Windshield In Name Only. Fortunately for me, this one did the trick.
Crystal clear with a distortion free recurve that directs the wind over your head, purchased new back in April with a MSRP of $225, yours for $149 OTD.
There's a LOT of praise in the forums for Freedom Shields windshields. They are quality products sold by a quality company, which is why between my wife and I we've had no fewer than six Freedom Shields for vehicles ranging from Road Glides to Street Glides to Indian Springfields to Can Am Spyders. And each and every Freedom Shield was a winner.
For reference, I'm 5'6" tall with a 30" inseam and this 10" windshield is perfect: it directs the wind over my head, allowing me to look over rather than through the windshield with ZERO buffeting or recurve distortion. If you're a smaller guy or gal like me then this one will likely do the trick. Taller folks, however, would probably be best served ordering a larger one directly from Freedom Shields (ask for John, he'll take good care of you.)
It uses the HD factory hardware and unlike HD's Wind Splitters, it does NOT require the purchase of any additional hardware to install, nor does it distort like a funhouse mirror.
NOTE: I have quite a few other parts and accessories that I pulled off the bike before selling her that I'll be listing as I get time so check my profile to see what else is available as I find the time to list everything.
Please private message me if you're interested or if you have any questions.
