What length over stock hydraulic clutch and abs brake line will I need to install 14" LA Choppers "Twin peaks" bars?

I have 12.5" Chubby Baggers.
Both my hoses are stock. Maxxed out on the clutch. Brake had a little slack yet.

While I've never personally installed these bars, it might be worthwhile to take a look at the LA Choppers brake line / cable kit for the 14" bars...this way you get the perfect length for the bars since it takes the guesswork out of it.

I had my local hole in the wall shop install Factory 47 14" and they used my existing cables. I also have ABS. They just rerouted the cables.
