2 point docking hardware for a 2014

It seems like HD does not make the 2 point docking hardware for the 2014 SG. Was looking to just add a passenger backrest only but looks like I will have to buy the 4 point. The 4 point to me looks like it adds a little to much visible hardware. I know the advantage of a 4 point is to add a luggage rack also but not what I originally wanted. Any one know if the 2 point is gone for 2014...

I looked for a two point system also. I don't have any plans for a luggage rack, only for a passenger backrest. I have not seen any two point systems for the 2014.

The 4-point docking brackets can be removed pretty easily. Two bolts per side. Put the 'filler' panel back in when the brackets aren't needed. I am going to get the 4-point for my passenger backrest. I'll only install the brackets when I'm using the backrest, though. The rest of the time I'll leave the brackets off.

It is gone I ordered the 4 point in black and im going to have it milled so its only a 2 point and then ill re powder coat it

Harley dropped the 2 point for 2014 due to low demand.

+1 what he said. 2014-15 is different and only come in 4 point, 2 point dropped.

So related question:

I bought the Harley Solo Rack from someone on ebay for an 09 or later touring bike and I have the 4 point docking hardware installed.....Now that I got the rack I can't for the life of me figure out how to put it on the bike.....is it me or am I just being dense??

I only paid $100 so not that upset but would like to be able to put it on when I have the solo seat installed.....Perplexed in Havasu

Paul are you trying to put it too far forward. The rack fit's on the back part of the 4 point mount not the front 2 points.

You need solo-tour-pak-mounting-rack

Fits '14 and newer on the front two mounting points of the 4 point rack.
