Back in '07 Harley had what was known as Detachables system. You would require p/n's 53804-06 and 53276-04A to be able to mount a tour pak to your bike. The hard part about that is locating those parts and a tour pak plus a back rest. Your best bet would be swap meets, bike events, and good ol' eBay.
It appears that H-D has them available (the mounts) on their website. Go to their site and under parts click oem parts. Then enter the part numbers individually, that will bring up the part and then click the purchase option button. You can have them shipped to you or to your local dealer.
