2014 Radio/amp possible issue..

I have a 2014 Street Glide with the standard radio, I added the Cycle Sounds amp, speakers,and black box the beginning of last year. Over the weekend the radio started cutting out, I first thought if may have been the flash drive but it did it on FM and AM too. Took the bike in today, dealer says nothing wrong with the radio... Could this be an amp issue?

Pull the fairing and check the wiring, I had my NEG cable come loose from the amp on a trip (tunes were cutting out randomly). Start eliminating the easy stuff first.

I had one speaker with the speaker and tweeter ring was not functioning correctly. This sounded to me as if the speaker was cutting out.
