2015 SGS amp in fairing fitment

Hey guys, what is the biggest amp that will fit inside the fairing of the 14/15 street glides. I have a JL Audio XD 400/4 lying around that i might eventually install. Anybody use this amp inside the fairing?

I have the Arc Audio 600.4 which is 600 watts and 4 channels from SoundzCustomz my 14. I don't know if you are asking dimension size or wattage size though.

Yamahoe72- An easy way to find out is checking the Amp's dimensions and removing the outer fairing for fitment. Another problem if it does fit might be mounting. My J&M came with Mounting hardware.

Jl 400/4 will fit for sure

If you already have the amp... go for it... but while at Sturgis, a friend of mine swapped that same amp for the Arc Audio 600.4 and his system came to life with all Hertz speakers he already had. He loved the way mine put out and went and got it... he loves it!

Thanks spazz, i was looking at that amp also. Do you have the xdi or the moto 600/4?

I have a SoundStream PN4.1000D in my 2014, dimensions are 4.75”W x 1.5”H x 10.25”L I don't think you'll get anything bigger than that in there unless you custom make a mount for it. The J&M mount works with this amp.
