Hello ALL new member to this forum. Had a friend of mine wanting a new '16 Roadglide and I made the mistake of going to Cowboy Harley in Austin to get it with him. Walked in the door and my wife told me to pick one out too. Ended up trading my 2012 Roadglide Custom in on a 2016 Streetglide Special. The dealership offered a decent trade and they delivered the new bike to Arlington a few days later. I have to admit I have a problem with owning too many tools. The bike doesn't even have 600 miles on it in the 2 weeks of ownership and tonight I tore into it. Followed another members advice on here and was able to install a set of Yaffe 14" Monkey bars without adding cables, Namz wiring extensions should be here this week. A D&D Fatcat is in route and still researching cam choices for the new ride and the master tune TTS.

Well I've been busy the last couple of months getting the new scooter together. Added a bunch of black powdercoating and some performance parts to her. Still having fun with it, new contrast wheels are to be ordered soon. Before and after shots...

Installed the Legend Axeo -1" front cartridge kit and WOW, what a difference. Now I need to buy the rear setup.


I like this saying a lot...
