Hi guys,
I am Fossy from austria.
I plan to purchase a 2018 SG (not the SGS because I prefer chrome) and would upgrade the rear suspension to some better shocks with standard length of 13", maybe ohlins.
Is the new front suspension, the forks, good enough or should I also invest in an ohlins fork upgrade?
I am asking because changing the whole suspension will costs twice compared to only upgrade the rear shocks.
I was planing to change my RK`s front and rear suspension first, but when visiting the dealer I fell in love with the look of a new street glide and think, I will trade the RK in now.
I know that the whole suspension of my 2016 RK would need an upgrade but what about the 2017/2018 SG(S) with the new showa fork (2 valve system or so)
Any thoughts are very appreciated.
Best wishes from winterly austria,
Fossy
