2024 Street Glide Stage 1 - SE Tuner auto tune issue

2024 SG 117' Center Cooled. Harley high flow round air cleaner, Tab 4.5" bamsticks slip ons, medium baffles. No other mods, yet. SE Street tuner pro flashed stage 1 map. Bike runs well, but wanted to do an autotune session to finish tune it. Auto tune will not show O2 sensors, temp is above 180 F. Bought Y cable and ran live session on laptop. During warm up, O2 sensors rapidly fluctuate as they should and then at 180 F they drop to .1v--constant lean condition and flatline. Research has lead me to the tuner wont read sensors that lean during auto tune.? Second weird item, only map available for 117 stage 1 center cooled is 50 state certified. A41001604C-0, although I'm finding by searching a 49 state tune for stage 1 center cooled is available, A41W01657C. It is not a California bike.
Q's--Is my tuner bad?
Is it actually reading constant lean? But why? Does this explain auto tune not reading sensors?
Why can't I download 49 state 117 center cooled map?
If actually this lean, can't be good to keep running it?

Dealer is no help, Harley tech services is stumped when contacted by dealer.

Thoughts anyone?

Nope, I’ve heard that there were some issues with these tuners. My tech guy here says he hasn’t had any problems though.

Which SE tuner? From your description it's the Bluetooth version. I'm going out on a limb by saying that isn't properly putting your bike into auto tune mode. And you're correct in your thoughts that it being that lean isn't good for it. The software for the bt tuner does list a 49 state map and the 50 state. Try to load the map with your PC. And I'm with BillyBob on hearing issues with that tuner.
