Aftermarket Amp installation

Hi Guys.

I try to install a Soundstream Picasso Nano PN4.520D in my 2019 Street Glide.

If I put it into the bracket under the fairing, it’s not sitting flat inside.

Has anybody installed this Amp or had the same experience with an aftermarket amps?

How did you fix it, that the amp is not moving while riding?
How high can you mount it, that it’s not in contact with the fairing?

I know the amp in my bike has Velcro strips on the top side of the head unit that keep it secured. Hope this helps

Try thick 3M type double sided tape and double it up thickness wise. You can also zip tie through the amp mount holes to the AMP tray to be doubly sure!

Thank you for your tips, with the mounting. I found door shims at Home Depot to rais the height at the front and don’t raise it at the back that much.

Tied it down with zip ties and no cables are touching the bracket.
