Another fp3 question?

I see that the fp3 also comes in a land of fruits and nuts version that is epa friendly.Thankfully I live in Michigan and when shopping on line I want to be sure to get the one that will allow for all the mods.Also when installing with a performance machine fast air intake and Rinehart slip ons would it matter if I downloaded the app for the power duals and rode it to the shop to have the power duals installed? Thanx in advance.Not sure what can bus model means? There on ebay under 300 bucks.

Just be sure to get the FP3 that doesn't contain an "A" at the end of the product number. For instance, the one I have for California is 66055A...cheers!

You can do the tune at the time of install also but I think I would wait until it's installed before tuning for the power duals. Takes like 2 minutes to apply the tune and if your around high speed internet maybe less.

dheard- The CANBus is an automotive bus developed by Bosch, which has quickly gained acceptance into the automotive and aerospace industries. CAN is a serial bus protocol to connect individual systems and sensors as an alternative to conventional multi-wire looms.
Caution: be careful buying a tuner off eBay or elsewhere other than a authorized re seller. Once these items are "paired" they cannot be re-used on another bike.

When I download a program and it says to turn ignition off.After thirty seconds when I turn it back on it isn't paired anymore.Is this normal and is it downloaded at this time? Thank you.

My iPhone takes awhile to pair after you turn ignition back on, give it a minute or two and it should.
I'm auto tuning and I always set my phone on seat while it warms up and check before I go and it always pairs up
