Anyone have fan assisted oil cooler kit ?

I came across this kit and was wondering if anyone here has installed on their bike. I have 2016 SGS. Fitment shows only for 2017. Will this work on 2016 ?

No, it will not fit. On a 2017 it makes sense as there is more oil flow directed to the heads for cooling. Cooling the oil on a 2016 will hardly reduce head temperature at all. You need to air cool the heads.

I've installed the Ultracool Reefer 2.0.....

The 2 weather-proof fans are very strong and put out a lot of air. They turn on when the oil reaches 210 degrees and helps keep the temperature from getting hotter instead of bring the temp down in stop and go traffic.
