I sent an email off to Soundz Customz. No reply just yet.
Amp cuts out and in randomly. Can't read the codes going down the road. Very intermittent. Just goes dead and comes back randomly. I don't run it wide open. Only 1/3 to half volume. I have it running in the garage on a tender but no luck yet getting it act up. I can see the green led flashing but just too damn hard read while riding. Yesterday it went red for a bit. Then came back on and sounded fine. Waiting to hear from Pete.
Just wondering if anyone had this happen.

Mine has issues turned out to be a blown speaker, Pete will take care of you. I know he's off Monday and Tuesday to spend time with the family.

Speakers are fine.
Usually takes about 20 to 30 minutes of riding.
Been playing in the garage about that now. Nothing yet.
Thanks.

Sounds like thermal protect but strange not acting up in the garage fairing off right now?

Fairing on. Just have bike plugged in to a tender. I didn't want to change anything from normal riding condition.
Be really surprised if it's a thermal issue. Like I said it doesn't run wide open. I rode 354 miles yesterday and you could not predict when it would go dead.

I'm running 4 Focal speakers. Just for more info.
Really don't want to dig in myself just yet. It was installed by a Soundz dealer. Waiting on Pete. But any info from others always helps

Had it playing for well over an hour I suspect. Whole bike shut off then. Problem didn't show in the garage.

Make sure your GPS does not have a route going or planned and that is not trying to give you directions through a headset because the headset speaker option is on. I had that problem my radio cutting in and out turns out that the options for directions to headset was on I could hear nothing but the radio was cutting out because it was telling me or trying to give me directions for GPS .

The power leg fuse they use has a fuse that is retained by 2 screws. One was out and the other loose.
Can logically assume that was my issue. Time will tell.

More or less had the same issue, Pete replaced the fuss holder for me.

Just for information if your sitting in the garage listening to the bike tunes turned to acc it will shut off after 45 minutes or so to save your battery. A safety feature that got my attention a year or so back.
