10 years, Navy. Served from '86 to '96, and the last two years of shore duty on Oahu were rough.. I do miss being at sea though. Wake up, get a bagel, orange, and coffee, and sit out on deck to watch the sun come up at sea is just one of those things you have to experience.

Hey brothers I am currently serving and hope to retire in the next 5 years or so! Army here and if I am lucky I will only have to see combat one more time. Thank you all for your service!

Just retired from the Army on August 1 after 29+ years - feels strange, but I am sure I will get used to sleeping in until 0600!
