We took a nice ride today. About 175 miles from Mandeville Louisiana to Biloxi Mississippi. Road the beach road most of the way, made a couple stops for food and refreshments. Caught a light drizzling rain on the way home. I am really loving this Street Glide. Awesome run. I like the beaches in the south....great pics too. Enjoy your bike more by riding more!!

I spent a year in Biloxi in the Air Force....1966. Two hurricanes later it's not the same. When I was there Winston cigarettes were 25 cents from a machine and strip joints were everywhere.

Yeah your right. Camille f'd it up bad, then Fredric, Elena, then Katrina decided to have her way as well. It is a totally different place. Casino city now. But still a nice run.

We don't need a beach here in houston

Beautiful pictures Cajun. Sorry about all the flooding in Texas. These pictures tell a good story and it looks like you were having fun.

Lucky for us Katy, TX missed all of the flooding. I was downtown Houston on Monday though and it looked like a war zone. Sorry I didn't mean to hijack your thread, I am jealous of your ride my LA neighbor. I travel to Houma about once a year for work. Unfortunately the bike stays home.

houma would be a nice area to ride, if you ever decide to ride the bike to houma let me know and ill try to meet you there and take a ride with you.
hopefully everyone fairs well after the flooding resides..

Calculon420- those are good photos. Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma have really been getting it this year!
