Best seat for passenger?

I have the stock seat on my 2015 FLHXS. I like it. Not love it but like it. Wife rode with me a few times and getting a lot of vibration in her butt and lower back. Recommendations? Sundowner?

Welcome to the fun. There are several threads on here about seats using the search feature in the upper right hand corner. Most are getting take off Ultra seats for 2 up riding or buying a new seat like the sundowner or hammock. Another one of those personnel choices I guess.

Skip the sundowner and buy the hammock, I've had both and the hammock is the way to go!

Her own seat, on her own bike? J/K

The Limited seat is pretty comfortable, front and rear but it does raise you up. I hate the way it looks unless installing with a tourpak, but happy wife = happy ride! Remove it when she's not riding and go solo!

Best seat I've ever tried as an auxillery choice for my SGS was the Hammock. But, I wasn't going to spend that much so I opted for OEM Ultra to use when I have my Tour Pack mounted. Works great for $120 I paid for it!

I am 5'9" and wife had the same complaints so at the recommendations of others on this forum I bought the stock ultra "low* seat made a world of difference for her.

picked up the hammock for my 14 SG and kept it when I traded to the 16. Girl loves it and I like it for the longer trips. I usually swap back to stock for work commutes and around town though just because I like the leaner look. But, for touring you cant go wrong!!!!
