I think there is a couple older threads on here about this issue. It's been a problem since they came out with the systems.

Any solution to the problem that I might let the dealership know of they've replaced everything but still dose it

Not sure on the solution.... but I would ensure and verify you have the latest and greatest sotfware update in your head unit to start with...

My friend has them on his SG, and constantly blows the lid speakers. The round coaxial speakers are more efficient than the 5x7 in the lids. If you get them replaced, be sure to give them plenty of play at low volume and allow plenty of break in time. You also might try fading the radio to the front speakers a bit also.

I can tell you this those speakers suck. I have blown two sets at this point, and now that the warranty on them is up I will not be replacing them with a crappy Harley speaker.

Bringing this back from the dead. I have blown 3 of the 5X7 deck lid speakers on my Boom II system. Soon they will no longer be under warranty. Anyone found anything better?
