BMW Bagger for 2017

BMW unveils a bagger for 2017 to compete with Harley. It will be available in the US next summer.

What do you guys think? Do you see it being a hit in the US?

Looks like the f6b. We'll see how it does, but if I was going to buy a Beemer id still be looking at the R 1200 or K 1600.

Yea, more like Kawasaki Concours 14 instead of bagger......I am sure they will sell, BMW makes great bikes.

They're calling it a K 1600 B Bagger. I agree, I would also get an R1200GS if I were to get a beemer.

Never ridden a BMW, but an "older" guy than me was in TN when I was. Had followed me through the Rattler. Just up from Texas/AZ. Was from Ontario. Left early August !!! It must ride Well !

In that case the production model is nowhere close to what they have started out to build......too bad!

I saw that bike in person at a recent BMW factory ride at a dealer. It was funky looking, an obvious attempt at a Streetglide. It was not available for sale and was heading back to Germany. I did ride a K1600 GT 6 cylinder and really liked it, but it was $28K out the door.

What a shame. The concept bike looked nice, and the real deal only looks good from the back. The front looks like a scooter
