Boardtracker - Extended Service Contract ???

For those that have Boardtracker's Extended Service Contract was wondering if anyone has checked to see if it is still valid seeing how Boardtracker has been out of business for several months ?

I know a couple/few here have said ESP.

Not 100% sure, but I priced buying one from them, they were only the sales point for the ESP which is a different company not actually Boardtracker. The better question probably should be if anyone bought near the end confirmed they made the payment to the ESP.
