Anyone experience their radio cit out on left speaker at low volume? When cranked it plays fine out of both channels.

Does it with or without auto volume enabled. Radio has latest flash.

Thanks

I've heard of this a bunch but it seems to go away with new download. Perhaps yours is a loose connection.

All connections are good. Latest DL applied. Hmmm bummer

I have the electrical service manual that covers the boom audio... I will look it up when I get home and see if there is a troubleshooting/ fault isolation and diagnostics for your issue...

Looking thru the manual... you need to be able to pull DTC's...

Digital Technician II is all I know of to pull codes ( HD dealers only)

If this is just the left speaker... it could be shorted...

After pulling codes, a breakout box is required... but you can use a digital multimeter to to check connections and continuity on each section of the harnesses.

Thanks, manual is on order. :) I have sound it just imbalanced between speakers. Of I turn on bike and volume is at 2-3 bars sometimes left is lower/faint but sound is still coming its just weaker. Once I bump/up vol about half way we are rocking. Weird. Have JM amp in there but I took that out of the loop and it does the same. Hence why I question speaker. Looks like I have some testing to do Sunday after I recover from Leesburg Bikefest sat. Maybe get lucky and a vendor can give it an eyeball. Thanks for
Looking this up.

Check to make sure you have pos to pos and neg to neg on your speaker connections.... I am not sure if all your components are plug and play, but this can be an issue if your left speaker is incorrectly wired and rest are correct.

FYI...

LEFT + = PK
LEFT - = PK/BK

This color code holds true on the right as well since they are the end harnesses.... unless you changed them with your new speakers.
