Boom Box 4.3 Issue

I am having an issue with the radio. I turn on the bike and the radio had a black screen with the time and that is it. I turned the ignition off and on and nothing. I got home an hour later shut the ignition off and turn it back on and the radio works. Has anyone else had this issue? It is a 2017 Street Glide FLHX not a special.
