Hi, I have a problem with navigation in BoomBox GTS 6.5. My friend from Germany bought a 2020 Harley Davidson Street Glide motorcycle, which was probably made for the US market. The problem started when he asked me to update the maps to European. I bought the maps in the HDBoomBox and uploaded them to a pendrive, then to the motorcycle, and all would have been well, if not for the fact that the navigation stopped booting. It just says "navigation not available, please wait".
I tried updating the software of the entire BoomBox to the European version but the system sees the update image as corrupted. I updated the US version without any problem, now when I try to update the map again, a message appears that the update image is in the process of being authenticated and nothing happens. I waited more than 1.5 hours with this message but it did not change anything. I would like to ask for guidance on how I can update the map to the European version.
