can't figure it out

So today I had a chance to put some break in miles on the new bike (cold but not rainy) anyway somewhere along the way I had no control of the radio volume. The button on the left side controls would not work. When I shut the bike off at home and turned it back on it worked. Anyone have issues with the volume button?

Did you happen to NOT hit the accept button on the splash screen once you turned on your sled? I have delayed hitting it twice and had this happened both times.

Dealer told me to ALWAYS hit the accept button because 'weird' things can happen. Since I have been doing this.. I have no issues with my boom audio. I make it a point to stand there and do NOTHING until I hit the accept button...

Yeah the Project Rush more lawyers make them put the ACCEPT button on every time so they won't be liable if you hit the wall at 90 while fusching with the controls.
