Cobra AutoTune Fi2000

I have a 2014 SGS installed Cobra Powrpro Fi2000 I thought this was the better deal as far as performance but think I was wrong unless there's an adjustment to this system or maybe an addition to what I have already added Like the V/H cross over and V/H Slip on exhaust plus Screaming eagle High Output Air Flow Filter. So in 6th gear my bike seem as if its loosing power at a consistent speed roughly 60-75 other than that I performs great.
