Curved license plate for 2014 SGS

I like the looks of the smoked turn signals. Are they LED? Do the provide additional or less visibility? I like the looks of the lights on my '14 Street Glide but concerned about safety with so little light for protection.

Custom Dynamics has a great led turn signal kit for the H-D. Got them on my '13 RG and the kit for the wife's '14 SG is waiting for me when I get home. Great company to deal with. Great product.

Installed the curved license plate holder and it looks great. Also added The custom dynamics lights front and back along with smoked lens which gave me exactly the look I was going for. I bought the amber/white front lights, the white running lights are fantastic; extremely bright and visible. the custom dynamics people are nice and helpful I give them and their products a 5/5.
