Yes... the nice thing about the CVO' s exhausr is the baffles can be removed. There are companies that make baffles for them... hit up hulkss.... I think he did it on his last system. . He just went with full sac

Check fullsac. Keep your stock pipe heat shields, but up the performance with their pipe and/or baffle mod.

Just ordered Exhaust from John @ Fullsac 2.25"baffles and Dx touring pipe and TTS programmer. I am going to have a local shop RC Cycles in Hayward Ca Dyno Tune bike. I will post Readings when I am done hopefully end of next week!
Cant wait for this thing to be a little" LOUDER"

Nice

I'm curious to hear your impression of the performance once the tune is complete.

All I can say is Wow very impressed with the exhaust mods from Fullsac! Dyno tune by Bob @ RC Cycles in Hayward C.A.
After install of Dx pipe and baffles I was impressed how much it woke the screaming eagle 110 up!
Unfortunately I was unable to do a stock dyno test to get stock results . But I am assuming overall picked up over 10+hp.
6Hp just in tuning
Overall hp and torque gains are impressive.Bob says that these are the best gains he has seen as of yet!:)

That looks awesome- congrats- that is an impressive gain. I don't remember exactly, but I think the stock HP on my CVO (previous bike) was in upper 80s and stock torque was just over 100- my memory might be a little off.

Did you expect to see such a great gain just from exhaust (and AC)?
Congrats. Enjoy.

I think that Bob said a stock 110 CVO is around 88hp. Bike runs really good could not be happier!!

Fullsac Muffler Sleeves

Fullsac Muffler Sleeves

Sounds AWESOME!!!! I'm thinking of going with the 2.25" baffles as well, thank you for posting a sound clip. It helped me make my decision.

Did you wrap the stock insulation around the fullsac muffler sleeves before installing the baffles?
