Driver's backrest set screw?

Anybody know what type/size of set screw is used in the back of the drivers backrest. Got a used one and it is missing?

it is a bolt and nut. nut holds it to keep from coming loose. thinking 3/8-16, if not 5/16-18

Bolt and nut?
Can't picture it how long? Instructions refer to it as a 3/16 Allen set screw.
You wouldn't be able to get a picture to help me understand the setup?
