We carry the Arlen Ness Down-N-Out Stretched Saddlebags which are available for 2014 Touring models. They also have the Down-N-Out Stretched Fender for 2014s as well that is used in conjunction with these bags. Below is a photo of the bags but unfortunately I do not have one of them installed.
