Front fender 2015 SG

I un-covered my 2015 SG to go on first ride of the year and noticed a small dent in my front fender, I removed it and have taken it to be repaired, I am wondering when putting it back on should I use something like medium blue Loctite ? There does appear to be something on the threads from the factory. Also does anyone know the torque specs on the bolts ?

Good and tight usually does it for the fender. You probably could put a small dap of blue loctite on the bolt but I never have.

According to the service manual the mounting screws are 16-20 ft-lbs and loctite 243 medium strength (blue)
