First of all, I’d like to give a shout out , to the Fuel Moto Mob. These guys actually love talking motorcycles. (Bob being the perfect frontman) They know their craft, as well as, if not better, than anyone in the business. They have spent countless hours, perfecting packages that work in tandem with the parts selected. Unlike certain competitors, who only sell packages the yield the largest profits. It this fact, along with their world class customer service, that had me passing other big name shops, and riding 1,000 miles (3,700 total) from Maryland. (Isn’t Zippers here?)
I arrived there on Sunday, May 11th. I was just going to take pictures of my bike in front of their sign. I was supposed to get up early the next day, to deliver my bike by 8am. Luckily, Cindy showed up at that moment, and agreed to allow me to park my bike in their garage, so I could sleep in. Thanks Cindy!
My bike was ready Tuesday, around lunchtime. I ent from a 103” with Woods 222 cams, to a 110” with heads, a ported Throttle body, 10.5/1 CP forged pistons, D&D Fat Cat with the perforated wrapped baffle, a Thundermax tuner and an AC/DC intake. A 28HP and 25lbs. torque increase. Netting 117hp/130tq. It had been thoroughly Dyno-tuned and broken in by, his lordship, Jamie Long. The fabled owner and proprietor, of Fuel Moto. Great job guys!
