Fuel Primer keeps on Running

My 2018 Street Glide Ultra Limited CVO. Everytime I fill up the tank, the fuel primer keeps running until I get down to about half a tank.
That whining noise is pissin me off!
Anyone else ever have this problem?
Any advice?

No, just the loud whiny fuel primer.

Next time you ride, try to capture a video of it doing it. There is a lot of other parts on the ground and power circuits that can have an effect on the fuel pump running.

Here's another question that's been baffling me. On the left grip there's an R above the horn on the same rocker switch.
I've pushed it numerous times, but nothing happens.(?)
