Half helmet

I have a belle rogue but it's to big. I like the aspect of having the face shield for cool days but I can't fit it in my saddlebag. Can I get some recommendations? Thanks everyone

If you're looking for another half helmet and like Bell, might consider the Pitt Boss I have one and it's decent for a half helmet. Not terribly expensive, has built in tinted shield, zip on neck warmer, etc…and it fits in the SG saddlebags.

I'm on my second Pit Boss half helmet and it's my favorite. I end up removing the adjuster in the back, but it's a good feature for some. I swapped out the tinted shield for clear since I wear Rx sunglasses that transition from clear to dark.

Harley now offers a three way Convertible Helmet.....I don't have one, but my buddy does, and he likes it. Still to much of a mushroom head when it's down to the half helmet for me.

It's what the wife and I wear. Super light, great fit, nice ratchet style locking clasp with easy release. Not real mushroom head being that it's DOT cert. I would suggest trying them on first. the size I thought I would wear according to their online sizing chart wasn't the case when we tried them on. Went down a whole size.

I just got one this spring and so far no complaints. Lighter and better looking than the GMax I was wearing.

I have the pit boss in matte black. It was my friends and he only wore it a few (literally a dozen) times. I like it but the adjuster on the back to make it a Snug fit has caused some aches. I like a Snug fitting helmet but I've twice had to drop it a notch (starting at tight fitting) as it would cause pain. Now that it's adjusted to be fairly loose but painless I love it.

I removed the sun shield. I keep clear eye pro on the bike and carry my arnettes. I was very dissatisfied with the sun shield so I didn't even want to bother with it. The only down side is I've been hit in the face by a lot of bugs and stuff, but that's what you get with a half helmet. I'll wear my Hjc is-33 for interstate rides still.

azglocker...you can unsnap the snug fit adjuster to remove it altogether. I don't seem to need it on mine for a good fit.
