HD Ride Planner & Routes on Boom

I've built and exported several routes to GPX files using HD Ride Planner. When I import to the bike the nav unit isn't keeping the route just the way points. Any suggestions on how to import the specific route info so I can hit specific roads?

More way points. I get this with my TomTom Rider sometimes when I only use destination addresses. I just add more waypoints along the roads I want to travel on. My TomTom will accept up to 125 waypoints for a single ride. Not sure how many the HD ride planner will allow. I also use Google maps / earth for spotting street addresses on the roads I want to use.

There's got to be a better way. I added a number of waypoints and the maps stayed on route when downloaded to the bike. The only problem is if you bypass a waypoint the nav unit will route you back to that point unless you bypass it. Now if you make a detour around several of the waypoints you have to bypass them or else you will be going in circles. Bypassing the random waypoints is quite difficult because you dont know the names of them and then where do u continue. I beveive the earlier versions of the software kept to a specific route better than the new version. It's a PITA or almost useless to use the ride planner when planning a backroads route for a trip......
