head bolt help..please

Hello
I have a 2015 SG and it seems the head bolt is a little loose, I say this as I did the test with it on a stand and turned it to both sides and it doesn't stop at center. But the main reason I was worried about it is when I'm riding and find a groove in the road it wants to throw my bike around more then it has over the past year + of riding my bike.

I have removed the outer fairing but it doesn't seem like I can get to the head bolt without removing the radio.

Please help.

It is deftly loose and after about 2 hours of searching on how to get to the head bolt I have found nothing.
