I like that tuner (TTS Master Tune). I own a copy but I'm using the SE Street Tuner until my warranty is over.

Yes, please post your results.
How do you like the 2" Fullsac CVO baffles re: sound volume and sound quality? What aftermarket mufflers would you compare them to? Are they a whole lotta loud compared to the stock CVO baffles? Why did you choose the 2" baffles over the 1 3/4"? Did you buy the Fullsac screens and repack the insulation when you changed baffles? And any other tips and info you would care to pass along concerning the CVO muffs!
I have been running with stock 2014 CVO muffs for about 5k miles and they are getting louder as the insulation settles and burns off. Although I don't want loud I do like a nice sounding free flowing exhaust. I will probably end up repacking the CVO cans with new insulation held in place by Fullsac screens. At that time I think it might be fun to throw in a set of Fullsac baffles just to experiment as they are only around $100.

Thanks,
Blues

Hi Blues, I love the fulsac baffles. great sound when you roll on the throttle but calm when normal riding. i cant even think of a muffler that compares to what i have. but way better than stock by miles. Yes I have the screens and only half the insulation went in. the 2" gave a better flow then the 3/4" from start to finish. the fulsacs cores I have are made just for the CVO muffler case. $119.00 + $60 for the screens. They make a set for the stock street glide but they are $199.00 .. The first thing i did before buying anything was deCat the stock head pipe. what a change. then the fulsac cores then the K&N filter and finished out with khrome werks head pipe true duals #200650B and then dyno.

So here is the resultsDyno.jpg
the blue line is the stock program and you can see where it leaned out at 14.31. he tuned it to 12.83. I wasn't trying to change much but just make it better and it worked.
