HELP! Can’t Get Air Wing Sissy Bar into 4 Point Docking Station

I have installed the 4-point docking station and tried to attached the sissy bar however things are not working as planned here …..

I have checked out many videos making sure I installed the docking station correctly but I cannot seem to get the sissy bar to lock down onto the docking station.

Has anyone had a similar issue doing this or have any suggestions?

Typical it is do to the right shock(the on without the adjustment) being inverted from HD flip it over

It ended up being the washers that were installed first before the spacers went on. One of the videos I watched mentioned this also and that the washer(s) may need to be removed for it to fit properly.

I removed both washers on either side and the alignment was much better. Though I did have to pull out on the right side of the sissy bar just a little. Then she went right on and snapped locked in place.

I also installed, with ease, the Air Wing H-D Detachables Two-Up Luggage Rack - 54283-09A.

Great fit on both and they look very nice.

I'm headed to Cape Cod in August so the rack and sissy bar will come in handy ......
