Help!!! Engine too hot I think

If anyone can help I would really appreciate it, I installed V&H Power duals and High output slip on's and a HD air cleaner (Burst collection) I also have a Fuelpak3 on my 15 SGS. I have attached some the trouble codes I do I correct these issues if at all. Before auto tuning my bike was about 365 degrees, now so bad but still hot as F**k

First... ensure your O2 sensors are installed correctly. Black plug O2 is rear cylinder and grey plug for front cylinder... clear codes and run it... check for codes again

Thanks for the reply, as I am looking at the motor from the AC side, front is to the right and rear to the left?

Yes as your looking at the A/C the front to the right back to the left.
