I accidentally poured 4 ounces of gear oil in my engine after oil change . Did not start engine. Do I need to change oil and filter or should filter

I accidentally poured 4 ounces of gear oil in my engine. After oil change. Did not start engine. Drained oil, should filter be OK since I didn't start engine ?

Refill and run it. Even if you left measly the 4oz. in there it wouldn't hurt anything
