For all you folks out there adding buttons to your CVO dash panels....
After unnecessarily exhaustive research (thanks Harley for making this harder than it needs to be), I’ve found that the left side panel Harley add-on ACC and Aux light buttons do NOT illuminate like the OEM lock/unlock buttons. Good luck finding these things at night. They do however light a green diode when pressed.
Also, they don’t make a “plug and play kit” for the 19 CVO, but that’s easily bypassed. If you check your wiring diagram to get your button wire colors, you’ll EASILY find all 3 under the tank in the main harness raceway. Once you get your button signals, just add your accessories, relays and power as needed.
You will need to purchase the left hand switch pod 71400105 (comes with 2 ACC buttons) and your aux light button (purchased separately) but just throw the harness away that comes with it. It’s useless on the 19’s.
