I have a 2014 street glide with the iron aces mount but I have a problem getting the mount to stay attached to my fairing. The mount is fantastic but the original adhesive will not last in the Florida heat. The mount came off after about 2 months.
Then, I tried 2 part epoxy. Still only lasted a short time. I was thinking about removing the vent to gain access to the top of the fairing and securing with hardware. Does anyone have any thoughts? Iron aces has been great about this but I would love to hear other options. I could just stick the iphone in by bag and blue tooth but I like seeing the screen. Thanks in advance

Was just pinging Lindsey about this and wondered if you found a resolution ? I'd like to get this mount for extra GPS (as I can't always count on NAV).
