It's amazing what a little upgrade can do for the look of the bike.

I live about 50 miles from the San Francisco Airport and, at 0500, drove my son down for his flight to VA. While down there, I decided to go to Dudley Perkins Harley-Davidson which is one of the oldest Harley shops, at least on the west coast. I was like a kid in a candy store. They had a hundred or so of the new bikes along with many old bikes on display (pan heads, knuckle heads, shovel heads, etc., etc.) There's a saying that when you park your bike and don't look back at it at least a couple of times while walking away, then you got the wrong bike. Well, even better...when the dealer tells you that you can look at, sit on, even test ride any bike you want and you say, "No thanks.", then you have the right bike. I love my bike!! I ended up walking out of there with a couple of small items (shocker, I know!) Because I had something to add to my bike, that 50 mile trip home seemed to take forever. I got home around 1300 and was starving since I hadn't eaten at all that morning. Do you think the first thing I did was get something to eat? Of course not! I put my new item on the bike, then I got something to eat, then I got a cigar and a drink and went outside and stared at my bike for an hour and a half. I know, I'm sick! I need help. This forum should be called HDA, Harley-Davidson Anonymous. Hello, I'm Monty107 and I'm an addict! Haha!

Yes it is a sickness but one you don't need meds and I hear the only cure is a FAT Wallet !!!! Oh Well

Hi, My name is Mike and I'm an addict. had this addiction for almost two years now, and after purchasing three brand new Harley's in the last 22 months I have finally found it's the Glide that has me in it's grasp. Not the 2015 street 750, or the 2015 switchback.....it's all about the 2016 Glide now. Wish I would have figured it out from the start, as I upgraded the exhaust & intake on all three bikes and added sissy bars as well. all that $$$ just thrown away with the trade in. I'm very happy now, wouldn't go back to either of the other bikes now, street glide all the way. Even though I am slowly trying to turn my glide into and Ultra.....lol addicted.

Awesome!! Glad to see that I'm not alone on this journey. Haha! I agree Mike, I think the Street Glide is the coolest of the bunch. That's why I bought mine and why I'm here on this forum with you all. It's kind of like going to church...to be around like minded people to lift you up, help you, and provide a friendship unlike any other. Ride safe Brothers!

I have sold safe queens in my gun safe for engine work and I work over time to add more parts. I have had this sickness for going on 3 years now. My Road King was a gorgeous bike but nothing will fill the void of my Street Glide.

All this post has done, is make me need to feed my addiction more.
I had thought of getting these, but see photos of them a big blue pearl bike has confirmed how good they look

This is a true addiction! I can't wait to have the money to get the next part. One day I will have my fully customized beauty that I see in my mind!

If only Harley would sell them with all that on them from the factory, right? LOL

They sorta kind of do, it's the CVO models.

I suppose that is true but I bet people still change out stuff. All I know is I can't afford a CVO nor doing all the mods most people do. A few the dealer did and are financed. :( Otherwise I would not have been able to. They did the front end and wheels for me. I am doiign small stuff liek grips and highway pegs and soon a seat. Still, she is mine and different than other's like her.
