Just put on a 23" wheel and have a question

I installed hhi trees on my 2010 and put in progressive monotubes that are 1" lower. I only have 2 3/4" between my lower brace and fender. Has anyone ran a 23 with it being lowered without hitting the fender. Just wondering before I change out the springs in the forks. Love the look of it lowered but don't want to hit the fender on a hard bump. Thanks in advance.
