I like that new Knockout Custom Wheel Kit by Harley, comes with springs, 21in front and 18in rear wheel for about $2300. Problem is, Harley via their website is saying it will only work with the 17-18 Road Glide, saying additionally it may require a new fender and brake disc because of ABS. What say you, I have a 2014 Street Glide, can’t imagine why it wouldn’t fit. We have some serious tool heads on here that are way more versed than me, and you guys have saved me mucho dinero, so thanks in advance

They need to make this fit on the 2014!

They’re pretty much the same bike. I don’t see why it wouldn’t. Are the forks that different on the road Glide and street Glide?

Road glide and Street glide are the same bike if you strip them down. Just a different fairing and mounts for it.

Tom is right. Same frame and all, different mounts. My concern wouldnt be going from SG-RG, it would be from the 14-18. Being that the 18 has the M8 there could be slight changes from the 103, but I wouldn’t think so yet still possible.

I think this is it. In 17 they changed the front suspension and since this has parts for the forks it is meant for the newer internals. If you just want the wheels I'm sure they would work, you would have to address the forks on your own.

Thanks, that makes sense. I’m upgrading the front forks with the Legend Axeo.....

Learned something the other day the 2018's have 18 inch rear tire not the 16's of 17 and lower. The only one to have the 21 front is the road glide. Even the dealer had no clue they had changed the rear tire size until I pointed it out to them. So if your going to change things up do some research.

Thanks Tom, I decided to go with the Reinforcer 21”, and keep the rear 16”. Another forum member did that, and said he lowered the front 1” using the Legend setup, set it rides great.....

Tom is correct and I apologize for making that mistake, it's 18" rear wheel and not 16"......
