Lost rear bass and volume...HD/RF Stage III

I lost volume and bass to my Fosgate Stage 3 rear speakers. I've still got (low volume) highs. I've checked the wiring and, as far as I can see, from under the faring to the bags, nothing is broken or unplugged. Has anyone had this problem? Thanks in advance.
