Low power when i take off

So I just noticed a couple weeks ago after my bike has sat overnight when I go to take off my power cuts off like its not getting fuel and I hear a backfire type sound come out from where my heads are it happens like 3 to 4 times and then its fine. I also had my EITMS turned off. Anyone else have this problem

can you provide more info, year, mods, after market ecm?
