When I originally got my bike I bought a Biketronics BT-2180.14 amp and BT7P14 speakers. While installing my amp, either by my wiring it wrong or an electrical failure, the transformer for the amp started smoking. I called Biketronics right away who said they would send me out a new one. Based on my previous 2 orders from them, I knew it would take a few weeks to get to me in Canada. This happened on April 20th. I called them yesterday to get an update and was told it never got shipped out. They didn't say why but apologized profusely and said they would send out another one right away. I asked if there was any way they could get it expedited as I had already been riding around for almost 3 weeks without a stereo that I could hear on the hiway (although they are much clearer than the stock ones). He said he would look into it but didn't promise anything. I got a call back and an email about an hour later stating it had been shipped out USPS Express (with the tracking number which is nice) and it should arrive in about 5 business days.
Overall Biketronics has always been really good to deal with and I've been happy with everything I've bought so far. Just wanted to throw that out there for anyone who may be one the fence.
