Mounting bracket

Anybody know where i can get a designed mounting bracket for passenger bracket pad? Looking for something a little cooler looking. I've done some stretching and came up with nothing? Pic included

I can't remember where I saw it, but I saw a chrome joker face (with pointed hats) backrest bracket on bike. I did a quick search and only found this. If I happen to run across it again I will post it.
