Need help! Installed j&m rokker fairing speakers and amp in my 2015 streetglide speak

I purchased the rokker extreme kit which requires no flash. I installed the system turned it on and to my surprise the speakers are cracking very bad. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I not familiar with the JM, I would probably relook at the speaker wiring, negative to negative and pos to pos connection. Make sure, if there is a terminal board on the amp, that none of the terminal ends are touching. Make sure terminals are fully seated.

Get with John at JM and walk him through your install. If there is a connection issue, he will figure it out for you. If there is an equipment issue, John will stand behind it.

My first hookup I did the same thing. The way it sits in the front, is backwards. I reversed everything and it was fine.

Thank you. I called J&M I was told it's because I have my tweeter wires in front of my speakers between the speaker and grille.

It's good to hear that it wasn't a defect. I'm installing the same amp and speakers this weekend so I've been watching this thread closely.
