New HD owner from WA

I'm in LOVE with my '15 Street Glide Special! Converted from my FJR1300. I'm gonna have some customization questions!! Hope these are the guys to ask!

I'm going to be swapping out the stock bars, changing to LED Halo headlight, Grips and mirrors, and slip-on V&H mufflers. My biggest question is: what are the differences in Stage 1, 2,3 and 4 Kits? Would the type of slip-ons I get be affected at all with which one I choose?
